October 12, 2008 – Celebrate with Team McGraw in Chicago!

Come celebrate crossing the finish line of the Chicago Marathon with Team McGraw and friends at the Goose Island Brew Pub. Eat, drink, relax and regale each other with all of your amazing race stories from the day. Dress however you feel comfortable – (your race gear is okay!) – you’ve earned it! Please RSVP by Friday, October 10, 2008.

October 12, 2008 - Run With Team McGraw, Chicago Marathon, Chicago, IL

Team McGraw is happy to announce our participation in this year’s Bank of America Chicago Marathon 2008.  Members of Team McGraw from across the country are training to complete the marathon, many for the first time, in order to raise awareness and funds in support of our fight to improve the quality of life for patients with brain tumors and their caregivers.

On Saturday,  October 25, 2008, family and friends of Sam are hosting a Night at the Races, donating all proceeds to the Tug McGraw Foundation, for brain tumor research. The event begins at 6:00pm at the Economy Fire Hall on Conway Walrose Road, Freedom, PA. To reserve your spot please contact Kelly Bischak by email at fkbsichak@comcast.net  and to read Sam's Legacy, click here.

For the second year in a row, Team McGraw will partner with the New York Road Runners for the landmark event that is the ING New York City Marathon 2008!

Through the NYRR’s Charity Partner Initiative, Team McGraw was selected to enter our own team of runners – Team McGraw.  Each of our runners has chosen not only to train extensively in preparation to run the marathon, but has also elected to raise funds and awareness in support of the Tug McGraw Foundation and our fight to improve the quality of life for patients with brain tumors.
